Armenia to continue participating in NATO mission in Afghanistan

Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan stated that despite the security challenges alongside its borders, Armenia is determined to continue to participate in “Resolute Support” with the same volume, until the end of the mission.

Seyran Ohanyan said this in Berlin, on November 23, during meeting of defense ministers of countries in the Northern Command involved in “Resolute Support” under the auspices of NATO.

Seyran Ohanyan expressed hope that new achievements in lasting peace and stability will be recorded in Afghanistan in near future with the help of active support of international coalition.
