Armenian Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan

Defense reforms have already had positive influence on increasing the level of combat readiness of the Armenian Army.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the Defense Ministry of Armenia that this was announced at the meeting on defense reform issues today, which was headed by the Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan.

During the meeting, they discussed the process of Strategic Defense Review, presented reports concerning defense reform program in Armenia for 2010-2015.

“Reforms in the spheres of combat training, call-up and combat readiness, military duty, new approaches and advanced standards have already had their positive influence on increasing the level of combat readiness of the Armenian Army”, it was noted at the meeting.
