NATO Delegation gave a positive assessment to implementation of measures by Armenia within the framework of Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) in 2009.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry that the NATO Evaluation Mission was in Armenia on February 15-19 for a working visit.

The evaluation was carried out in the following directions: political issues; relation with neighbors; judicial reforms; democratic control over Armed Forces and building of democratic institutes; issues of human rights protection; struggle against international terror; issues of cyber-security; struggle against trafficking, etc.

Joint session of Interdepartmental Committee on implementation of measures within the framework of IPAP and NATO Mission took place on February 19, at which they presented the preliminary results of evaluation.
