Secretary of the National Security Council of Armenia Artur Baghdasaryan discussed issues of modernizing border infrastructures and providing border security of Armenia with U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Ann Ganzer in Yerevan today.

Mediamax was informed in the press service of the Security Council that Artur Baghdasaryan presented the process of works carried out in this direction and noted the importance of elaborating and implementing the Border Security Strategy of Armenia in accordance with international standards.

He noted that this issue is included in Armenia’s Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) with NATO.
