Yuri Khachaturov discusses Armenia-NATO cooperation with Supreme Allied Commander in Europe

Chief of General Headquarters of Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov took part in the sessions of the chiefs of general headquarters of Armed Forces of Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC), International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan and new "Decisive Support" operation as well as in Kosovo Force format in Brussels on January 21- 22.

During the sessions, the process of operations carried out by NATO in Afghanistan and Kosovo and upcoming plans were discussed, the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry reports.

During the visit, Yuri Khachaturov met with the Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, General of U.S. Air Forces Phillip Breedlove. Their meeting focused on issues related to Armenia-NATO cooperation.

The Chief of General Headquarters of the Armenian Armed Forces had private talks with a number of counterparts from various countries.
