NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative states Armenia pays a lot of attention to human rights protection in Armed Forces

NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for South Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai stated in Yerevan today that "Armenia pays a lot of attention to human rights protection within the Armed Forces”.

James Appathurai said this during the meeting of heads of Information and Resource Centers on NATO operating in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan today.

“The issue is one of the most important topics of our cooperation and we are satisfied with the attention the leadership of the Armenian Defense Ministry pays to it”, said James Appathurai.
